Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using [liquorshop.urbanpetsgrooming.in] (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or purchase products from us.

2. Age Requirement & Verification

  1. Legal Drinking Age: You must be of legal drinking age in your country, state, or province of residence to access this Site and purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  2. Verification Process: We reserve the right to verify your age using third-party verification services. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID at checkout.
  3. Delivery Signature: All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages at the door. If an adult is not available to sign, the package will be returned.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Pricing Errors: We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we verify prices when processing orders. If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order.
  • Descriptions: We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Restricted Locations: We cannot ship alcohol to P.O. boxes or to states/regions where direct shipment of alcohol is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from us to the buyer at our licensed premises. By arranging for transportation of the wine or spirits, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, you (the buyer).
  • Failed Deliveries: If a shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts (e.g., no adult available to sign), you may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

  1. Alcohol Returns: Due to legal regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have been delivered, unless the product is spoiled or damaged in transit.
  2. Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. User Account

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Indemnification
