1 of 343 bottled charged from a sherry butt. Aged 15 years, this single cask was distilled August 2003 and bottled November 2018. No chill filtration, no colouring.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Honey, gentle peat smoke, white pepper.
Palate: Toffee, apples, malted barley with more warming peat.
Finish: Long, satisfying with a sweet leathery note.
