Alcohol Percentage (ABV): 48% Origin: Highlands, Scotland Flavour Profile: Intense Spice, Vanilla, Orange Citrus, and Rich Chocolate Malt Taste Background: This expression is matured entirely in new (virgin) North American white oak barrels, which delivers huge, bold flavors reminiscent of American whiskey but with the Highland malt character. The palate is a “velvet explosion” of rich, buttery malt, followed by intense spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger), notes of creamy vanilla, chocolate, and treacle syrup. It has a distinct presence of tangy orange rind or marmalade, leading to a long, warming finish with barley sugar and strong oak influence.
