Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Intense and decadent, driven by the sherry cask influence. Rich notes of stewed dark fruits (plum, sultana, raisin), sweet toffee/butterscotch, and a signature subtle, elegant trace of Bowmore smokiness and ocean air.

• Palate: Very delicate, mellow, and complex. The flavors of creamy toffee, baked hazelnuts, and vanilla custard weave through notes of dark chocolate, dried plums, and a hint of spicy rhubarb. The peat smoke is soft, sweet, and perfectly integrated after 25 years.

• Finish: Long, mellow, and incredibly complex. It leaves a sophisticated warmth with lingering notes of soft smoke, mocha/cocoa, and a final, pleasant dry oak spice.
